ACCOMODATIONS AND DINING

On-campus housing is available for conference participants within a short walk of the Strand Union. Residence hall rooms contain single couch beds, bed linens, pillows, blankets, and towels. Bath facilities are "down the hall," and beds are to be made by guests. To make your stay more enjoyable you may want to bring a radio or alarm clock and some clothes hangers.

A Dining Package is also offered for those staying in the Residence Hall. If you do not choose the meal package, food service is available on a cash basis at a variety of areas in the Strand Union as well as several other areas on campus and various locations within walking distance of campus. A map is available showing these local dining establishments.

Other accommodations are available in the area. If you would like further information regarding motel or bed and breakfast accommodations, please contact the Office of Conference Services at:

DORMITORY HOUSING REGISTRATION

Housing is available through the MSU Residence Halls. Please specify your requirements on the Registration Page if you wish to reserve these accommodations. Payment for residence hall accommodations will be added to your registration fee. University regulations stipulate that only 1 person may occupy a single room and only 2 a double; however, children under 6 may share accommodations with their parents.

Residence Hall units are typical university dormitory housing with shared baths. Some units are more desireable for families. These units are available in limited quantities on a first come/first served basis. Please contact Conference Services directly to arrange for these units.
