A reception table will be located in the lobby of the Gallatin Field Airport to provide information regarding shuttle service and directions. The Bozeman airport is about 10 miles outside of town. Satisfactory cab service is available from the airport to town. Once you're in town, it is easy to get around by walking; downtown is about one mile from campus. Cab service is available in town, but has a reputation of unreliability. A map of the area, with directions, is available at the bottom of MSU's _Campus and Community_ page. The conference will provide shuttle service to and from the airport for all major flights as follows: Thursday, June 26 and Wednesday, July 2. In addition, afternoon shuttle service to the airport will be provided Tuesday, July 1 if there is sufficient demand.

The Bozeman airport is one of the busiest in Montana. Air traffic around the time of the SPD meeting will be especially heavy because of a very large summer meeting of the Church Universal and Triumphant. Participants are urged to make reservations as early as possible. There are presently seats available on several different flights into Bozeman on the day before the meeting, however should these prove difficult to obtain, a flight into Billings is a sensible alternative. This will require a connection on United through Denver. A rental car will also be required for the spectacular two-hour drive along the Yellowstone River to Bozeman.
