Results

  • Large data set (rofileabove 2500 SXT flare images) has been prepared for blind deconvolution purposes.
  • The IDL code for BID deconvolution has been developed and  tested booth on synthetic and in-flight gathered SXT data.
  • First deconvolutions of SXT were performed. These shows that initial PSF profile tends to be sharper as blind deconvolution  iterations proceed. Along with PSF sharpening an expected features are seen in the deconvolved SXT data such as increasing signal range and sources separation. Compare pictures below.
