Guassian Fitting and Temporal Evolution

For each step, I fitted the Si IV line for the y = 325 position (where the flare in located) with a gaussian fit. From the gaussian, I then calculated the total intensity and the doppler velocity and then plotted both of those things versus the amount of times in my sample (50). The results are shown below, in order of step, from 0 to 3.
