Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The target region NOAA 11190 was the source of an M1.3 flare yesterday
at 17:02 UT, in addition to several C-class events. The region
continues to develop in size but has retained a beta magnetic
configuration. Further C-level activity expected with chance for
another isolated M-class flare.

The position of NOAA 11190 on 16-Apr-2011 at 09:30 UT is:

N13W32, ( 492", 291" )
