Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 11199 produced several high-B and low-C-level flares since the
last message. A new region appearing on the eastern limb, designated
NOAA 11203, was the source of a C3.8 event at 00:17 UT today and shall
be the new target region. The region is still too close to the limb to
ascertain its precise magnetic configuration but it does have a
pronounced leader spot. Chance for further C-level activity as the
region rotates on to the disk.

The position of NOAA 11203 on 29-Apr-2011 at 06:30 UT is:

N19E73, ( -862", 330" )
