MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 1363 continues to slowly decay and was quiescent in the
past 24 hours. The target will switch to a new compact region
located near the northeast limb. The region is too close to the
limb to ascertain its magnetic configuration but is currently
bright H-alpha plage. This region was the source of two
C-class events since the last message. The largest was
a C2.7 at 12/07/20:13 UT. Additional C-class events possible
in the next 24 hour period.

The approximate position of the target on December 08 at 12:00 UT is:
N07E78 (Solar X = -947", Solar Y = 119")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

Bill Marquette (Helio Research)
