Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is at intermediate levels. The new active region on the
southeast limb, now designated NOAA 11389, has produced several
C-class flares since the last message. The region appears to comprise
two large sunspots with a steep magnetic gradient along the polarity
inversion line. Further C-level activity expected with chance for a
low M-class flare.

The position of NOAA 11389 on 29-Dec-2011 at 09:00 UT is:

S20E64, ( -828", -316" )
