MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Target region, NOAA 1140, was the source of a few B-class
events since the last message. The largest was a
B3.4 at 01/13/09:19 UT. 1140 has now completed west limb
passage. The visible solar disk is very quiet. The only region
with spots is the new target (NOAA 1146). Solar flare activity is
expected to be very low today.

The position of NOAA 1146 on January 13 at 17:30 UT is:
N24E09 (Solar X = -139", Solar Y = 464")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

Bill Marquette (Helio Research)
