Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a low level. NOAA region 11176 has increased in area and
number of spots as it rotates further on-disk, being designated a beta-gamma
magnetic classification. This region has slowed in terms of numbers of flares,
producing only three B-class and a C1.1 flare since yesterday's M1.4 event at
02:03 UT. Further C-class activity is likely, with a small chance for
an M-class
event if the region undergoes a period of growth or fragmentation.
The position of NOAA 11176 on 24-Mar-2011 at 10:30 UT is:
S15E52, ( -737", -179" )
