MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at very low levels. NOAA 11639 has steadily decayed
since the last message. The new target region shall be an EFR in the
northeast quadrant, designated NOAA 11640. NOAA 11640 is currently
classified as a beta/D-type active region and may produce some low level
activity if it continues to develop.
The position of NOAA 11640 on 31-Dec-2012 at 10:00 UT is:
N28E14, ( -209", 502" )
