MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity remains low with no significant events over the past 24
hours. The target region shall revert back to NOAA 11423, the alpha region
located along the northern central meridian. The region has remained
unchanged in recent days and may only produce isolated, low-level events.

The position of NOAA 11423 on 29-Feb-2012 at 10:30 UT is:

N17W07, ( 121", 398" )
