Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity remains low. NOAA region 11389 appears
to be decaying, with decreased area and increased number of spots.
This region has been reclassified as a beta-gamma/F-type sunspot
group, but once again flare productivity has decreased in the past 24
hours. C-class activity is possible, with a small chance for an isolated
low M-class event.

The position of NOAA 11389 on 3-Jan-2012 at 17:00 UT is:

S22W01, ( 19", -315" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

Shaun Bloomfield (Trinity College Dublin)
