MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Target region NOAA 1564 switched to growth phase developing
a large leader spot. Its sunspot group is classified as a
large E-type/beta. 1564 was the source of C-class
activity and an isolated M1.4 x-ray event at 09/08/17:59 UT.
C-class events probable with another isolated M-class event
possible in the next 24 to 48 hours.

The position of NOAA 1564 on September 09 at 13:00 UT is:
S13W47 (Solar X = 680", Solar Y = -293")
