MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The target region in the northeast quadrant is now designated as NOAA 11573
but has remained quiescent since the last message. The region appears to
comprise mostly of plage but may produce some isolated low-level events.

The position of NOAA 11573 on 17-Sep-2012 at 09:00 UT is:

N17E57, ( -766", 215" )
