MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar flare activity remains at a low level with only
minor C-class events in the past 24 hours. NOAA
1718 has been the most dynamic since the last message
adding sunspot count and area. It is currently classified
as a D-type/beta-gamma region. Target region NOAA
1719, N07E31 is mostly unchanged and has been quiescent.
The target will switch from 1719 to 1718 today. C-class
events expected with a chance of an isolated M-class
event in the next 24 hour period.

The position of NOAA 1718 on April 09 at 13:00 UT is:
N22W01 (Solar X = 015", Solar Y = 451")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

Bill Marquette (Helio Research)
