Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's target region
(NOAA 11817) was responsible for low C-class activity
since the previous message (the largest event being a
C2.9 flare on 15-Aug-2013 at 22:16 UT). The region still
shows slight evidence for a gamma magnetic configuration.
On the other hand, NOAA 11818 has formed a delta spot;
the leading positive spot has joined with a small negative
spot that emerged in the intermediate portion of the AR.
NOAA 11818 also exhibits a strong polarity separation line
and shows evidence of shearing. So far NOAA 11818 was
responsible for a series of C-class events (the largest of
which was a C2.6 on 16-Aug-2013 at 13:18 UT. Further
C-class activity is expected with a chance of an isolated
low M-class event.

The position of NOAA 11817 on 15-Aug-2013 at 18:00 UT is:
S07W17, ( 276", -221" )
