Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is at a moderate-to-high level. NOAA region 11928 has
decreased in spot area and number of spots in the past 24 hours, but
remains the largest and most complex region on disk (designated as a
beta-gamma/E-type sunspot group). 11928 has produced five low M-class
events over the previous 24 hours, the largest being an M3.3 flare on
22-Dec-2013 at 15:06 UT and the most recent being an M1.6 flare on
23-Dec-2013 at 08:59 UT. Further low M-class events are likely, with
a small chance for a flare >= M5 in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 11928 on 23-Dec-2013 at 14:30 UT is:

S17W69, ( 872", -274" )
