MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity remains at low levels. The target region near the southeast
limb has now been designated as NOAA 11909 and is classified as having a
beta/D-type magnetic configuration. The region has been quiescent over the
past 24 hours but may yet produce additional isolated low-level events.
