MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity remains at low levels. The target region, NOAA 11834, has
produced additional B-class events since the last message, including a B8.8
at 14:14 UT today. The region continues to show signs of flux emergence and
maintains its beta-gamma configuration. Further B-level activity expected
with chance for an isolated C-class flare as the region approaches the
western limb.

The position of NOAA 11834 on 3-Sep-2013 at 19:35 UT is:

N12W62, ( 822", 141" )
