Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is at a low level. Yesterday's target region, NOAA
12234, was responsible for the largest event since the previous
message, a C4.0 flare on 12-Dec-2014 at 14:40 UT. The region exhibits
further signs of flux emergence, and now contains a small mixed
polarity spot in its leading portion. Further low C-class activity is
expected with the chance for an isolated high C-class flare.

The position of NOAA 12234 on 12-Dec-2014 at 16:35 UT is:

N04W07 ( 118",78" )
