Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is at a low level. Yesterday's target (NOAA 12251) has
not released significant activity since the previous message and is in
a state of decay. On the other hand, the new region mentioned
yesterday has been designated as NOAA 12253, and shows evidence of
continuing flux emergence and a gamma magnetic classification. The
region was the source of a series of C-class events. Further C-class
activity is expected with a chance for a high C-class flare.

The position of NOAA 12253 on 31-Dec-2014 at 20:35 UT is:

S06E51 ( -756", -70" )
