Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The current level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's target
(NOAA 11977) has only produced one low C-class flare
since the previous message and has begun to decay. The
largest event was a C4.7 flare, released by the complex of
NOAA 11976 and 11980 on 18-Feb-2014 at 01:33 UT, but
both regions are in decay. The new region mentioned
yesterday, now designated as the complex of NOAA 11981
and 11982 has rotated onto the disk. The regions were
responsible for several C-class events, and continued flux
emergence is evident. The flare activity is mainly centered
on NOAA 11981, which is now designated as the target.
Further C-class activity is expected with a chance for a
high C-class event.

The position of NOAA 11981 on 18-Feb-2014 at 18:30 UT is:
S06E49, ( -728", -24" )
