MM#003 Major Flare Watch

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 11967 has just produced an M6.6 flare, peaking at 16:11 UT. At
this time we are implementing a Major Flare Watch campaign. Chance for
additional >M5 flares over the next 24-48 hours.

The position of NOAA 11967 on 30-Jan-2014 at 12:35 UT is:

S14E48, ( -704", -169" )
