Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity remains at a low level. NOAA region 12396 appears to
have entered decay phase over the past 24 hours, decreasing in spot
area and in number of spots while retaining its beta/E-type sunspot
group designation. The target region has continued to be the source
of B-class flaring since the last message. More B-class activity is
expected in the following 24 hours, with a good chance for C-class
flares and a marginal chance for an isolated low M-class flare.

The position of NOAA 12396 on 11-Aug-2015 at 11:00 UT is:

S18W44, ( 627”, -364” )
