Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity remains at a low level. Target region NOAA 12396
has shown further signs of decay as it rotates towards the South
West limb, decreasing in spot area coverage and number of spots.
12396 has remained designated as a beta/E-type sunspot group in
the past 24 hours. B-class flares are expected over the next 24
hours, with a good chance for C-class, and a marginal chance for
an isolated low M-class flare.

The position of NOAA 12396 on 13-Aug-2015 at 11:00 UT is:

S18W71, ( 852", -324" )
