MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Target region NOAA 2449 was the source of an isolated
and somewhat strong M3.9 event at 11/09/13:12 UT.  2449 is
maintaining its D-type/beta-gamma sunspot group with a
tilted E-W magnetic inversion line.  C-class events possible
with only a slight chance of another moderate M-class
event in the next 24 hour period.

The position of NOAA 2449 on November 09 at 12:35 UT is:
S12E37 (Solar X = -598", Solar Y = -247")
