Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar flare activity remains at a very low level. The background
x-ray flux is currently at the B2.3 level. Target region NOAA
2449 continues to decay and was quiescent during the past
24 hours. No noteworthy solar flare activity expected in the
next 24 hour period.

The position of NOAA 2449 on November 13 at 12:35 UT is:
S13W16 (Solar X = 261", Solar Y = -267")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
