MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity is low. Target region NOAA 12415
has produced 6 low C-class flares (the largest being a C1.3
at 09/15/05:12 UT) and 8 high level B-class flares since the
last message. 12415 remains its beta-gamma magnetic
configuration with increasing in number of spots but decreasing
its spot area slightly. 12415 is undergoing flux emergence in
its leading portion. Further C-class activity is expected in the
next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12415 on September 15 at 14:35 UT is:

S22E19 (Solar X = -288", Solar Y = -460")
