Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity has decreased to the B-level. The target region NOAA
12573 has been the source of most of the activity since the last
message. The region appears to be in decay although still exhibits
signs of rotational motion. A new bipolar region has also emerged
close to the trailing edge of the target region. Further low level
events likely with chance for an isolated C-class flare.

The position of NOAA 12573 on 10-Aug-2016 at 17:31 UT is:

N05E39, ( -595", 0" )
