MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2579 was the source of B-class
events since the last message. The largest was a B6.6
at 08/26/07:01 UT. 2579 has decayed significantly in
the past 24 hours and is currently nearly spotless.
We'll watch 2579 for another 24 hours and then most likely
switch to recently emerged NOAA 2581 (N12E26)
tomorrow. Another B-class event possible with only a
very slight chance of an isolated C-class event.
The position of NOAA 2579 on August 26 at 14:30 UT is:
N12W30 (Solar X = 466", Solar Y = 097")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Bill Marquette (Helio Research)
