Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity continues to be extremely low. NOAA 12617
has decayed slightly while rotating up to the West limb. This region
is currently classified as a beta/C-type sunspot group. Once again no
X-ray flares have occurred since the last message. Low B-class flares
may be possible in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12617 on 14-Dec-2016 at 22:00 UT is:

N16W84, ( 932", 270" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
