MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is at a very low level. Previous target region NOAA
12510 has again remained stable and is classified as a beta/C-type
sunspot group. NOAA 12514 is one of three regions to be numbered in
the past 24 hours and is classified as a beta/C-type sunspot group.
B-class flares are expected over the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12514 on 5-Mar-2016 at 22:00 UT is:

N14W23, ( 370", 342" )
