MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity continues at low levels. The new target region in the
southwest quadrant has now been designated as NOAA 12607. The region
is classified as a beta region and has produced some low B-level
activity since the last message. Further low level activity possible
as the region approaches the western limb.

The position of NOAA 12607 on 10-Nov-2016 at 20:30 UT is:

S18W65, ( 836", -321" )
