Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is at the B-level. The newly emerged region in the
northeast quadrant is now designated as NOAA 12610 and is classified
as a beta/C-type region. It has produced three low B-class flares
since the last message and shall continue to be the target region.
Further isolated low level events possible.

The position of NOAA 12610 on 13-Nov-2016 at 20:30 UT is:

N15E15, ( -243", 204" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and
