Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The target region NOAA 12610 has produced two mid B-class flares in
since the previous message, including a B6.1 flare at 00:28 UT today.
The region still appears to be in decay, although another bipolar
region has emerged in its wake. Chance for further isolated B-class
flares over the next 24 hours. Please include both regions in your
field of view if possible.

The position of NOAA 12610 on 15-Nov-2016 at 20:30 UT is:

N14W12, ( 196", 191" )
