MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity continues at very low levels. The only event of note
since the last message was a parting B2.7 flare from NOAA 12585 on the
western limb at 04:40 UT today. The target region NOAA 12591 continues
to decay, particularly in its trailing portion, and has remained
quiescent. No significant activity expected over the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12591 on 13-Sep-2016 at 10:30 UT is:

N05W17, ( 278", -31" )
