MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The target region NOAA 12690 has remained quiescent since the last
message. It has continued to decay and now appears to be spotless. It
shall remain the target region for a further 24 hours although no
significant activity is expected.

The position of NOAA 12690 on 8-Dec-2017 at 16:30 UT is:

N06W42, ( 650", 103" )
