MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Target region NOAA 2636 was the source of a minor B1.3
event at 02/17/09:56 UT.  2636 has weak emerging flux
within its leading portion adding a few small sunspots.
No significant solar flare activity expected in the next 24
hours.

The position of NOAA 2636 on February 17 at 07:45 UT is:
N12E40 (Solar X = 612", Solar Y = 289")
