MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is at a very low level. The newly spotted region in the
North East quadrant is now numbered NOAA 12641. This region has been
designated as a beta/C-type sunspot group classification and displays
a double bipole magnetic structure. NOAA 12641 has been the source of
six B-class events over the past 24 hours, including the largest flare
within the period (a B9.3 on 27-Feb-2017 at 20:07 UT). Further B-class
activity is expected over the following 24-hour period.

The position of NOAA 12641 on 28-Feb-2017 at 20:00 UT is:

N15E35, ( -538", 346" )
