MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The active region on the eastern limb that was the source of the B1.5
flare on 20 March has now been designated as NOAA 12643. The region
appears to have a bipolar configuration, as well as a small filament
extending to the south. Chance remains for an additional isolated low
level event over the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12643 on 22-Mar-2017 at 08:30 UT is:

N09E67, ( -876", 194" )
