MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity is very low. The target region has now
been designated as NOAA 12687, and is classified as a beta/C-type
sunspot group classification. No significant flares have occurred
in the past 24 hours. B-class flares are probable in the following
24-hour period, with a small chance of a low C-class event.

The position of NOAA 12687 on 15-Nov-2017 at 14:30 UT is:

S08E56, ( -798", -161" )
