MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar X-ray flux remains constant below the B1 level. There has been
no activity since the last message. Both active regions retain their
alpha configuration and NOAA 12685 shall continue to be the target
region. No increase in activity is expected over the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12685 on 30-Oct-2017 at 12:30 UT is:

S09W41, ( 627", -208" )
