Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity is very low. Solar background soft X-ray
flux has gradually increased over the last 48 hours from mid-A-class
to low-B-class. This is due to the X-class producing region that was
previously designated as NOAA 12673 rotating up to the East limb from
the far side. C-class activity is possible in the next 24 hours, with
a small chance for M-class if old NOAA region 12673 has retained its
magnetic complexity.

The approximate position of this region on 23-Sep-2017 at 18:30 UT is:

S09E90, ( -944", -148" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

Regards,

Shaun Bloomfield (Northumbria University)
