Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity remains at very low levels. The spotless region NOAA
12731 has continued to decay since the last message and remains
quiescent. No significant activity expected from the target region
over the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12731 on 21-Dec-2018 at 14:30 UT is:

N13W44, ( 662", 240" )
