Dear Collaborators,

The target region in the southeast quadrant was the source of a low
A-class flare since the last message. It also appears to have
undergone some minor flux emergence and has developed a small sunspot
in its leading portion. Slight chance of an additional isolated low
level event as the region approaches the central meridian.

The approximate position of the target region on 28-Dec-2018 at 14:30 UT is:

S06E17, ( -293", -61" )
