Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity remains at low levels. The largest event since the last
message was a B3.4 flare from NOAA 12699 at 04:37 UT today. The region
is now on the western limb and has continued to show signs of decay.
It shall remain the target region for a further 24 hours with chance
for another isolated low-level event before west limb passage.

The position of NOAA 12699 on 16-Feb-2018 at 14:30 UT is:

S08W77, ( 937", -108" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and
