MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity has been at very low levels for the past 24 hours.
The target region has been designated as NOAA 12696 with a
beta/B-type classification. 12696 is displaying brightenings and
surges in H-alpha images. Minor events are likely in the next 24
hours.

The position of NOAA 12696 on January 16 at 08:30 UT is:
S11E20 (-328", -112")
