Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity has been at very low levels. No notable flares
occurred in the past 24 hours. Target region NOAA 12700
has decayed to a plage region, and the visible solar disk is
spotless now. 12700 almost rotates over the west limb. No
noteworthy events are expected in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12700 on March 4 at 08:30 UT is:
N07W87 (958",123")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Ying Li (Purple Mountain Observatory / Montana State University)
