Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is at an extremely low level. Yesterday's target region
NOAA 12708 remains classified as a beta/B-type sunspot group with no
notable activity since the last message. A new region is currently
rotating over the East Limb displaying bright EUV emission with a
leading sunspot. The region's magnetic configuration is unclear due to
it's proximity to the limb but it shall become the new target. No
increase in flaring activity is expected over the next 24 hours.

The approximate position of the target region on 7-May-2018 at 17:30 UT is:

N05E90, ( -947", 83" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and
